Meet Dr. Marvin Lagstein

Dr. Marvin Lagstein grew up in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Brooklyn College in 1964. He went on to attend dental school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, Dr. Lagstein served two years in the United States Army. After Dr. Lagstein left the Army, he specialized as a pediatric dentist and later became a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists. He then went on to complete many hours of training in preventing and correcting irregular teeth and has been providing dental care to his New York City patients for the last 40 years. He is one of the top behind the teeth braces provider in the country. He also provides Fastbraces® for adults of all ages who want a fast-acting teeth straightening solution.

Dr. Lagstein loves transforming lives and helping his patients achieve better jobs, better relationships, and higher self-esteem. Dr. Lagstein has spent 15 years as an Associate Lecturer at the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is also the author of a book entitled Brace Yourself For Success. In 2002, Dr. Lagstein was nominated to carry the Olympic torch through New York City for the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. Dr. Lagstein has completed more than 30 marathons and has dedicated his life to total health. Dr. Lagstein lives in New Jersey with his wife, Wendy, and their 13-year-old daughter, Fara. He also has three adult children – Lisa, David, and Eric.
